Just found the MyFitnessPal app which I love! Thought I would check out the website today and have now found the message boards too!.... so thought I would say Hi.

Have to say that this looks like a really good site and the iPhone App is the best weightloss one I have ever used and believe me, I have been a member of every diet club on the market at some point in my life!!

I am based in the UK .... what about the rest of you?

    Thanks for the welcome. Bizarre thing is that I became a member of MFP in 2010 but never used the site until today and I only did that because I found the brilliant App on the iPhone!

    Perhaps if I had following MFP, I could have saved myself a fortune as have been a member of Slimming World, Weight Watchers and have followed Cambridge between then and now ...... although I have lost quite a lot of weight in that time so perhaps not all a waste.
