Party Today!

Going to a purse party today and I'm not sure exactly what kind of food is going to be there. Planning on eating something before I leave, to kind of dampen the urge to snack. Any other suggestions? I've decided I'm not going to freak out if I can't track everything, or if I go over, but it would be nice to not have it be an "off" day :smile:

    Small portions and drink lots of water instead of pop :)

    As long as there isn't a party everyday, i wouldn't worry too much over it.

    chew gum. its hard to put snacks in your mouth if your already chewing something :)

    And like I said...I'm not going to fret over it, really. But summer's coming up and I figured it's a good idea to get a handle on this kind of thing before there is a party every other weekend :laugh:

    I have 3 graduation parties to attend this weekend and believe me I was wondering the same thing. I am just gonna have really small portions and try and stick to the veggies, and drink lots of water. The gum though is a great idea thanks :)
