Hi everyone. my name is Katie single mom of a 7 year old daughter Rylee. I am wanting to lose weight and begin a healthy balanced diet. I am not sure what plan to pick but I would welcome any suggestions

    Welcome to MFP! This site can help for sure. Log your food intake and exerise and work on balancing the diet with healthy options along the way.

    I'm sure others will have more concrete ideas too.
