I saw my (oblivious teenaged) brother today for the first time in a few weeks and he asked if I'd lost weight. 
I haven't made much if any progress on the scale lately so it's nice to know something is changing. Just wanted to share.

Thanks! After weighing in this morning, I've hit 25 pounds lost and it doesn't seem noticeable to me, but I'm glad someone has noticed.
It makes it feel worth it. 0 -

Everyone will notice before you do. Try taking photos for every 10lbs lost. You WILL notice a difference. Good work on the 25!0
