Hi! feel free to friend me! I use MPF every day, i have reciently lost almost 50pounds and still have around 30 more to go! I believe that being accountibe is the way to go and has helped me so much!, I also just started a FB group just for women to share recipes, motivate, and to challenge each other and would love to have you join:) Just friend me and shout me a message if your interested,
