Hello all! I've been using myfitnesspal off and on for a while now. I'm determined to stay on track this time. I'm looking for some like-minded people for support and tips :-)

    Hi! feel free to friend me! I use MPF every day, i have reciently lost almost 50pounds and still have around 30 more to go! I believe that being accountibe is the way to go and has helped me so much!, I also just started a FB group just for women to share recipes, motivate, and to challenge each other and would love to have you join:) Just friend me and shout me a message if your interested, :):P

    Im new here but so far ive gone from 160 to 135 im excited to get to my goal
