I feel the weight going back up...

I look at the 'Weekly View' on my MFP app on my ipod and the green graph sumarising the week, the barss used to be low, and they're slowly rising, and especially today (friends bday meal) oh my goodness, I just feel like the weight is creeping slowly back up.
