What exercise do you do on "busy" days

So it happens to all of us, one of the kids gets sick/injured, the basebment floods, you have to pick up someone from the airport, work called you in early or on your day off, etc.

When life gets in the way of exercising, what sort do you focus on? How long do you work out for on busy days?

Tony Horton's 10 Minute Trainer. 10 minutes + warm up time so about 15 minutes. But I very rarely have to use it because I workout at 5 in the morning.

If I'm super busy, I just try to move around more than usual--take the steps instead of the elevator, go find someone at work instead of emailing them, stand instead of sit on the train.....sounds lame but sometimes it's easier to fit in than a workout DVD.

I used to work in a theatre and had a co-worker who had 2 jobs and kids. She would do lunges, squats and calf raises in the coat check if there were no patrons around. At the time I thought she was nuts but now I totally get it!

I love Turbofire - they have 15, 20, 25 and 30 min HiiT workouts that I can fit in at any time.
