Couple years ago i lost a few stone, by using MFP, but i had a friend who lived couple miles from me, altho we never worked out together we still jotted down etc wot we had lost and i dunno it motivated me to keep going to try get same number loss as her or better lol.. i moved county and had my 2nd child...lost her as a friend, and had alot of reality stress n problems going on...i gained the few stone back, and finding it very hard to get back on top off, i try to do lots of exercise but then i think why bother whats the point and end up wanting to snack lots.
im a fultime mom, with 2 kids so always sorting house n something to do altho life gets int he way but i try to workout daily if possible... just need that little bit of 'push' ...argh i duno, jus feel lost and blaa :-(

i dunno why i even bother, i really dont, i exercise or try to, quite alot.. i try not to over eat...yet how much im sweating n working out i would have 4t id loose more weight than this... past week iv only lost 1 pound...i checkd my waist n hips and iv gaind half inch on both...wot the hell... jus feel like giving up :(
  • It can be demoralising when you don't see the pounds dropping off, but you are in this a) for your kids and b) for you, it takes a lot to change a life style and it does'nt happen overnight. Keep perservering you can do this and you will succeed.

Don't give up. If it's the lifestyle you want, you know you deserve it! if it has to take time then let it be but don't quit altogether. You've done it before! What were the things that helped you in the past to get the healthy food and the exercice in? Remember those and try to get those habits in again. Maybe enter a group with a challenge of some sort to keep the momentum going?
I've been struggling loads for like the past 2 months but I'm still here and if it's for life then I try to do my best at every present time not just do a quickie that won't last. After an intense snacking session I try not to dwell and just move on to the other more valuable things... It can be hard but I'm getting better. So don't give up you! :flowerforyou:
