Hi everyone,
My name is Forrest, I just started myfitnesspal yesterday and could use some help from time to time. Currently I am trying to figure out why my exercise time doesn't show up on my phone app, and in general have, and will have dietary questions. I have never in my life worried about what I ate, but recently I have started putting on weight and could use advice about eating habits.
I look forward to encouraging and being an encouragement for the people wanting to better themselves physically. I currently weigh 184 pounds and would like to get back to 160.

Hey Forrest!
I'm Tim and I'm new too. I just joined on Wednesday and like you, I joined for a little help and encouragement from time to time. When I started on Wednesday, I weighted 212 and I'd like to get to 200. I'd really like to get to 195 if I can do it and keep my strength up and do so without looking too skinny. I dropped to 189 ten years ago and my wife thought I looked way too skinny, so I don't want to go quite that far.

Glad to see I am not alone here! thanks for the invite. and i know what you mean about getting too skinny, I am afraid of that myself. It will be good to keep each other in check from time to time! have a great weekend!

I am new to this as well, my cousin passed away 2 weeks ago, and she was only 41 ( I am only 40), she left behind a 13 years old daughter in which her 75 year old mother now has to raise, it opened my eyes to alot about myself, I have a 19 year old son with epilepsy and he needs round the clock supervision, I do not want my 80 year old parents to have to do this for me.... so... I found this app, and fell in love with it, ( I am 8 pounds down!)0
