5'7" 165 trying to get down to 140.
i've been overweight since the 3rd grade and hit my highest weight at 220 about 5 years ago when i was 18 then decided i didn't want the same unhealthy lifestyle my college years. never quite finished school and never quite got all the weight off i intended to but i'm simultaneously working on both again!

interested in hearing about anyone's stories or goals for motivation!
