i have only lost 1.6 pounds in the last 6 months BUT i have shed 19 total inches!?!? 13 inches being from my thighs??!! i just measured myself (with help and that is what it said!!! i have been in extreme boot camp 4 days a week for the last 6 months but it has not been showing on the scale and i got so frustrated that i grabbed the tape measure...i am so happy but not sure if its even possible!

It is if your putting on muscle. Losing fat while gaining muscle can keep your weight at an even amount. When I was in the army I got down to 180 then I got depressed when I shot up to 190. Bug when I got a body fat test I had cut down several percent and was packing on the pecks. Don't get discouraged about a number. Keep up the good work!0
