    Definitely! You should be very proud of losing 18 pounds. You can see the results of your hard work in your pictures. Keep doing what your doing cuz it's working and just think of how great you will feel and look when you post your next results and pictures. Thanks for sharing, it certainly inspires me to keep working hard.

    I just started doing Just dance 3 on kinect. I love it. It's a fun way to work out!!!
