how did you do it? I'm a bit flat in the back and I'd like to build up my muscles back there so I look like I have a little more form.

Squats. Lots of squats. And then more squats. With weights.

Sqauts, lunges, leg press, step-ups, bridge work.
  • How many pounds?

Bridge work? You mean like planks?

What is that machine where you're on elbows and knees and you kick your leg straight back with weight? That one.

... or lots of real back kicks in addition to squats.

    This...only insert 'heavy' before weights.

And the answer to how many and what setup...use a weight where you can only complete 5-8 reps. Repeat 5x, or 3x...depending on how many reps you did.

However many pounds you can handle and still do 8-12 reps to start.

I mean bridge work as in yoga, where you lay on your back with your knees bent and raise your bum off the floor (whilst engaging said bum muscles). Look on youtube. I'm sure you can find a video of it.

When I lived in a two story town home a couple of years ago I started developing some shape. If you work in a place with stairs, always take the stairs! Additional workouts will speed up the progress.
  • @ Redcat I'll try. I hate using the youtube search engine. It either gives you options in your interest or leaves you banging your head against the wall.

@ArtemisMoon and Chrisander. Thanks for the pointers

    Erin. Bum Bum Song? Heh.
