I am new to this but they say that you do better with support and accountability so I am hoping to kill two birds with one stone with this site! I just got a Fitbit tracker so hopefully this will help me figure out how many calories I ACTUALLY burn (right now I am guessing)...thanks all!

    I too just bought the fit bit and am really digging it. It takes a lot of the guess work out and now I will know when I'm not putting in enough work to reach my goals or to give me encouragement when I do. . I am on day 28 and have lost 7.4 lbs. I had my struggles early on but am moving in the right direction.
