Spready cheese - one triangle of laughing cow or dairylea will cover 2 rice cakes.
Humous.
Cottage cheese, dotted with blueberries or raspberries
thin smear of marmite and sliced tomatoes.0 -
The sweet ones - almost always peanut butter.
Plain or veggie flavored ones - cream cheese or pimento spread.0 -
smoked salmon and light cream cheese, watercress, cucumber
marmite and tahini
tahini and honey0 -
I always put them in the toaster for about a minute. Warning: You must stay right there and watch them or they will catch on fire! I toast them until they show the slightest hue of brown. It really enhances the flavor, especially on the buttered popcorn rice cakes.0

The thickest unsweetened Greek yoghurt you can find, mixed with a crushed garlic clove and a sprinkle of salt....0

PB2, cream cheese, sugar free jelly. I don't add anything to a rice cake that is flavored, just the plain ones.0

My favourite snack is the Caramel rice cake with peanut butter (sometimes with blueberry jam!) Or the plain ones with guacamole (but i'd eat that on anything!)0

I top them with cottage cheese, cinnamon, peanut butter, or I break them up into my smoothies or milk for a snack similar to cereal.0

Fat free cool whip stuck between two caramel rice cakes and frozen for a few minutes. Tastes like an ice cream sandwich!0
