Hamstring exercises???

Does anyone have any suggestions for good at-home hamstring exercises? I pretty much know plenty for the quads, but not so sure on my hamstrings. Thanks!

Hamstring curl with a light dumbell or resistance band may be better better. I think deadlifts too but can't remember for sure. try bodybuilding.com0

hamstring kick backs. Simply stand with legs a bit more than hip width apart and bring your foot to your butt. I do 10 on one side without putting my foot on the ground.

Squats are great they work the hamstrings and the quads. My trainer has the knack of finding different ways to do squats so I don't get bored but I always feel them after.0

Do you have a stability ball? You can do hamstring roll-ins with that. I was going to try to describe it, but just click here!
