Need to buy a scale

I am new here, new to working out, new to counting calories. Looking forward to checking myself and learning how to be a better me. Looking forward to meeting new ppl who can help me stay on track. I have no scale in my house, I have only been able to "see" the wight lose by the way my clothes fit.. This does not seem to be the way to do this... Any tips

For weight only get a Health O Meter balance beam. I see them often on Craigslist for $50, less at local online auctions. For tracking body fat, etc get an Omron HBF 516 if you can afford it (about $70 on Amazon).0
