  • I have started to use Lemon Pepper that you get in the seasoning aisle at the store. It adds alot of flavor but no salt.

I use various rubs. They add no calories. For juicy, I cook much of my meat frozen or partially frozen. That cooks the outside first leaving the inside juice sealed in. Oh, one of my favorites pork chop receipes is to soak pork chops in lime juice 1 to 3 hours. Makes them tender and oh so yummy. Just salt and pepper after that.

sea salt with either garlic crushed pepper or lemon crushed pepper

Thats all we season our meats with before we toss them on the grill unless we do a marinade but since our life is so hectic we always forget to marinade

Mrs Dash has a wide variety of yummy seasonings. We use them all. Especially liking their new lime flavor lately. On pork chops, I often put a fresh sprig of rosemary on each side with just a tiny bit of olive oil before grilling. You need to rub the rosemary between your hands a little to release the oils, but the flavor is delicious!
  • Mrs. Dash no salt seasonings are great.
