I just tried some today. Wow. Never had. Very good and filling. Its like 190 cal for one cup, low fat 3 gr & fiber 3gr. Carbs aren't too bad at 16. The thing I liked most was that it had 23 grams of Protein. Store had on sale and I thought would give it a try. Suprisingly tasty and filling. Going to add a fruit or veggie, but I am going to eat this on a regular basis as I think my satiety will carry me over to dinner. Yum.

This one and the Vegetarian are really good. If it wasn't for the sodium I would eat these everyday.0

I love those! Like the above commenter, I would eat it more often if it had less sodium.... but they are delicious and very filling0
