Beans!

My husband and I love bean soups... blackeyed peas, limas, 15 bean soup... but I've always made them with tons of sodium in them. Does anyone have a recipe for beans that come from dried beans that's delicious? it doesn't have to be low in sodium, but anything better would help. Thanks!

start with dried beans - and use fresh ingredients for things you like making. I made a great batch of chili using real tomatos crushed in food processor, then simmered on stove with peppers then added a can of very low sodium organic tomato puree. Some salt is needed for taste but per serving its a zillion times lower for sodium count.0
