joined today! looking to drop weight by eating right

i exercise a lot but i usually eat double my recommended caloric intake. this site/app looks like it will help me stay motivated to not eat 6 slices of pizza tonight. oh i drink a lot of wine too

sounds familiar! just joined too, hoping to lose a good 80lbs through eating better and exercise. sounds so simple, it's just harder to put into action but everyone on here seems really positive. x0
