Hi, I'm Ben, I've been sober for....oops wrong forum, strike that. I'm a fat kid who used to be a really fat kid and is looking to not be a fat kid except at heart. Pierced, tattooed, loud, and a bit off my rocker. Aside from that I am an I.T. Tech that gets all nerdy but not really, so yeah, Hello peeps!

    I haven't heard the term "throwin' down" before. Is that anything like "throwing up"?

    (I love MFP, it increases my vocab everyday!)

    I haven't heard the term "throwin' down" before. Is that anything like "throwing up"?

    (I love MFP, it increases my vocab everyday!)

    Throwin down means you are getting aggressive with it, Getting into the middle of it, ect ect. Thowdown, is also a fantastic band if you are looking for the drive to really move some weights in the gym, I recommend the song 'Forever' :devil:

    Throwin down means you are getting aggressive with it, Getting into the middle of it, ect ect. Thowdown, is also a fantastic band if you are looking for the drive to really move some weights in the gym, I recommend the song 'Forever' :devil:

    In my part of the world (UK), throwing down, or throwing it down, is a polite way of saying it's raining heavily. Anyways, hello from the UK and wish you loadsa luck on your journey :flowerforyou: :drinker:
