I use the Leslie Sansome DVD's but don' know how to log the exercise. I couldn't find them in the database. How do others log these? Thanks.

I too use her DVDs. I log it as walking 4mph very brisk pace.
Wish I have a HRM though!

I have 2 of her dvd's and the way I log them in is how much time it takes for me to get to a mile. If it's around 15 minutes then it's a 4 minute mile. If it takes 20 minutes then it's around 3.0 mph.

Please tell me how you can use a walking DVD...I don't get it. I'm interested...but I want to know more.

I do the 5 mile video and log it as 4mph brisk pace as well.

I was doing the 4mile and just logged it as 4mph, for an hour.. I just got a HRM and it was very close in accuracy (I was actually burning a bit more). Enjoy the walking!
