    Yes, our winters are cold but our summers are also very hot.
    I've neer seen an igloo or dog sled. I personally don't like hockey. It's a good thing we have other sports to play here.
    We may have under 30 million people in Canada but I still don't know your friend, from that place with all the trees. It's a pretty big country. lol!

    my part of the country rarely gets below freezing
    it rains here steady for about 6 months of the years, then lightly for 4 months and barely for 2.
    i can see seals i the harbour on my way to work
    vancovuer is not on vancouver island
    it's not called victoria island
    i live in a retirement belt and will have alot of fun here when i turn 65 :) (only 36 years to go. woo hoo)
