New to this! trying to lose 10-11lbs 5'4

I'm 5'4 currently between 123-125 lbs and 21 years old. I'd like to lose about 10 lbs! I try to get to the gym most days, but I am very busy, so sometimes I'll do at home workouts like jogging for at least 20 mins (hey, at least it's something!) but I could use all the support I can get :) any tips I'd love to hear them! Thanks!

    try rope jumping... it will help :)

    I just added you! Were about the same goalwise. I'm 5'3 122lbs trying to lose 10 lbs as well.

    Just try to get into a work out routine. That is the easiest way. Best of luck!
