Frustrated with Insanity results!

So I have just finished Insanity and have to say that I think I feel good about completing the program but am so frustrated and disappointed with the results. My fit test shows almost no improvement from the end of month one and some I even did worse on. In the second month I lost about 1.5 inches and gained a pound. I was thinking of doing Insanity again but have to admit that after the effort exerted and the little amount of change I am not really feeling up to it. Sorry to be the Mon am downer...
Any good reasons for this- what to do next???

How has your diet been? When I did the program I had to keep adding calories to my day got up to 1800 and kept losing....
I also watched macros..... Lowest sodium possible kept fruit to breakfast and no sugar otherwise....
I'm a little strict on myself when focused - haven't wen lately but hope my info helped....
If your wary of trying it again try another program... Not all work for everyone... I just got turbo fire - love the kickboxing aspect!0 -
I think my diet is pretty good- very little processed food and sugar. I have made an effort to eat more protein... Maybe I need to just try something else. Thanks!0

When I finished I didn't see huge results either, mainly just in the fit test. Like any other workout, how much you gain/lose depends mostly on your diet.0

I don't think my diet could be inhibiting change that much... About calorie intake- I never ate as much as I think is recommended but ate when I was hungry. Perhaps just need to eat more?0
