What does a 3000 Calorie Diary Look like?

MFP - What's up? So here's my dilemma. My workouts are getting really long and burning a ton of calories. They can burn anywhere from 500 to 1200+ calories depending on the day. The issue I'm still having is not eating enough calories. While my body is pretty close to where I wanted it to be, I don't want to put it in starvation mode. So, all that said, I'm curious to know how some of your diaries look when you are suppose to be eating back the calories you burn from exercise (the vast majority of what folks say you should be doing).

I never thought eating so many calories would be so hard on a diet! :wink:

    In the winter when I was snowboarding I would have days like that, but I wouldn't think my diary would have the best examples. I'd use the extra calories for a couple of glasses of wine or my bf's cooking in the evening.
