i have found that Dairy triggers my allergies and makes my allergies go into over drive. my first mini goal is to limit dairy but I don't know should I limit it to 2-3 days a week or would that be to much. any suggestions.

I would find out how much you need to trigger your allergies, and eat less than that.

I agree. A good way to do this is to cut it out completely for maybe a week, and then start to phase it back in, little by little. That way you can see where you notice the difference. There are a lot of soy cheese products and things like almond milk that can be used as substitutes in the mean time.

Dairy takes two weeks to clear from your system. I'd avoid dairy in ALL forms ( even hidden as whey, mik protein, etc etc in foods ) and eliminate it completely for a full two weeks. After that, you might find you feel so much better that you don't want to add any back in. If you do, add it in little bits until you are symptomatic, then cut a bit back out.

( My daughter used to be very sensitive to milk & soy )

You'll be fine if you eliminate it completely, you won't snap in half as the diary council would have you believe.

As someone stated above, cut it out completley and then experiment with bringing it back in.

I would cut it out completely if I didn't love cheese so dang much. I like two kinds of cheese: hot and cold.
