Losing Too Fast

I know this sounds kind of ridiculous, but. I want to lose weight, but I definitely want to do it the healthiest way possible. So, MFP has told me to consume 1500 calories per day to lose 2 pounds per week. It's only been two days, and I've already lost two pounds. This sounds dangerous to me. Should I be worried? I don't feel weak or anything.

You shouldn't weigh yourself everyday if you want an accurate reading of your weight. Our weight tends to fluctuate a lot, so you shouldn't be concerned about losing 2 lbs in 2 days. It was likely water weight (which can also drop off due to an extreme diet change).
You should be OK. Weigh yourself once a week if you want to see how your weight is really dropping.0 -
Weight loss that is that quick is water weight, and nothing to be concerned about. A woman's weight can fluctuate up to 8 pounds throughout the day. Pick 1 day each week and weigh yourself that day, at the same time each week for an accurate check of weight loss, although, remember that your menstrual cycle can wreak havoc on water retention.0

I would not get worked up over a small shift in weight - water weight fluctuates. I've dropped and gained 8 lbs in 1 day - it's just water weight. You should look for trends over time, forget about day to day differences.
That being said, just go for a modest caloric deficit (10-15%, assuming you don't "eat back your exercise calories). Also up your protein intake.0 -
set it for 1 pound per week (recommended) if it's too fast.0

I can weigh myself in mornings, lost 3 lbs, evenings gained 3 lbs. Lol difference between empty & full tummy.0
