Is anyone else juicing fruits and vegis?

I just started and I'm loving it but I am concerned about all the carbs and sugar. I mean a green apple, carrots and some celery should be good for me, right? And I am juicing because digesting raw foods too much is hard on my stomach.

    I'm juicing as well. I have been worried about the same thing to be honest. I have been juicing for my breakfast and lunch and then eating a good dinner. So far it has been working but I've been thinking about getting a protein powder to add into them. I'm worried that it will mess up my delicious juices but figure it might be worth a try. The way I see it is juicing is a good way to get most of the nutrients without having to eat mass quantities of fruits and veggies. I love regular fruits and veggies but I'm aweful about eating them. I think consuming them this way is better than not "eating" them at all.
