                    Jillian Michaels! My question is... Is it a bad thing to be doing 30DS every other day? This will be my third day doing it, I started on the 17th. My leg muscles hurt so bad to the point where it was difficult to even sit down. They are feeling much better now, no pain at all and I think it will now turn into a daily thing. But just incase my schedule doesn't allow it, is it ok for every other day? Thanks for any advice!

            I would say do what you can. Don't overdo it or you will have a set back from an injury. Just think how much healthier and fit you will be by doing something every other day instead of doing nothing at all. It's all about perspecitive.0

            On her podcast Jillian said it's meant to be done 3-4 times a week with other exercise. So absolutely do it every other day.0
