The left side of my abs is lower than the right side. Ive increased cardio and do more ab work. Does anyone know what else I can do to even them out?

Genetics. Sorry. Not everyone's abs are symmetrical.
Even Mr. Universe winners don't necessarily have symmetrical abs. (Jay Cutler)0 -
Hi - Anatomically, your abs and back work together for all core work (working out, or just in life). Rather than focusing on more ab workouts, spend some time focusing on the flexibility on your lower back. You can build flexibility in a number of ways, but perhaps try this one, 4-5reps, 3-4xday for a few weeks: Stand one foot away from a wall. Lean backwards until your entire back is resting on the wall. Start to roll yourself, vertebrae by vertebrae from the wall, starting by letting your chin come to your chest. You may need to use your abs to stabilize you as you roll further and further. You may also find that by the time you reach your lower back, there is either tightness, or it won't allow you to fully roll off the wall. Best of luck!0
