    Yes! I absolutely love Fitbit! It syncs with MFP to update your exercise calories and is very easy to use. It's small and looks like a little USB stick.

    It counts steps, stairs (including hill equivalents), distance, time active and calories burned. But what I really love about it is the many ways it has to get you motivated to walk more. I've increased my walking a huge amount since I got it. Motivators include:

    Donations to one of three causes that your earn free just by how many steps you take
    Challenges, races, and beat yesterday or your average or your personal best messages
    A game for which you earn points by walking

    We have three - my husband, my daughter and me. He doesn't play the game (we girls both do) but all three of us LOVE the device.
