Does anybody do Crossfit on here? How do you estimate your calories burned?

I estimate since I don't eat back my calories as a rule...
For me it depends on the WOD and how strenous it is. I have had WODs where there is something like push presses and then ring work...so not a huge calorie burn - maybe 150 for 40 minutes....and then other ones like Helen where obviously more exertion and keeping your heart beat up = more calories burned.
With the lifting I find it is next to impossible to wear my HRM so I am comfortable. I know from wearing it during my kickboxing my burn is usually about 350-400 for 50 minutes of that - so I base the WOD calorie burn on how I feel, but like i said I don't eat my calorie back as a rule - I may eat an extra 100 calories of something that is higher in protien on the days i lift...0
