Its been a year i have been apart of MFP. It has really helped me get my life together.

I am 22 years old and i am 5'4 and weight is 276 right now. I am so happy i was able to find a great site like this...

Well here are the before and after.

BEFORE: January 10th 2011

I am not on a Diet either... I just eat healthier and excercise almost everyday.
- No fried food.
- No cakes, cookies, cupcakes or doughnuts. (only on special occasion or a cheat day that i have once or twice a month.
-ALOT of water and Lipton Citrus green tea! YUM!
