Hi all,

Any idea how many calories a high intensity 50 minute Zumba class would be? I am 5'2 and 130- I am thinking 350? I go really hard in it as well.

  if 130 is 130lbs, then keying in 50 mins calculates it to be 390 calories! So you are pretty close in your estimate :-)
