 I work with a vitamin expert and he says that the Women's Once a Day is best for men and women. I also take it as a man. The Men's Once a Day has too much nutrtional ingredients for a man.0

This may sound nuts, but I take chewable children's multivitamins. I would love to take the One A Day Womens ones, but they kill my stomach. I've tried everything & only kids vitamins sit ok w/me (my mom is the same way). I also take an Omega 3 fish oil & a Caltrate + D petite.0

I'm not find of most veggies either and it's my fault my kids don't like them too :frown: that's why I'm trying the Whole Food Energizer Multi-Vitamin. It has the green veggies blend, orchard fruits blend amino acids, omega fatty acids and much more0 -
I take a Centrum Forte every day. I split it in two, and take half in the day, half at night (on the advice of Dr Oz).
I also take calcium chews twice a day (don't take these with your multi, because calcium affects absorption of iron), probiotics once a day, and omega 3's three times a day.0 -
I take Women's One A Day Multivitamin also and Flaxseed Oil.0

It also made my stomach sick a few times. I finally realized that it only made me sick when I took it on an empty stomach. I took it with food and no problems.0 -
