Monday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Mummy Kicks

Let's do 2 minutes of them.

You can split them up any way you want but you have to have it before
the end of your day.

Some of you may find it easy while others may find it brutal. Take it
at your own pace and with all exercises don't over do it.

    Just got done. That was a great exercise. Can't wait to get some more challenges.

    Do you do this just on monday's or though out the week? Never seen these post before. You should do a group so people can find them. Id love to do this stuff if I could find it. Need the added motivation and idea's. Thanks
