Tell us your must have accessories for your workouts.

Here's mine;

1) iPod.. Gotta have it
2) Headbands. I sweat. (But really, it's very sexy.. really!) These keep my eyes from feeling the stinging burn
3) Pedometer. I like to track distance on my hikes
4) Backpack with the built in water bladder. Great invention for hands free hiking
5) Cooler. Since my hikes are all day affairs I always pack low cal, healthy foods and Gatorade. Often I pre-make a protein shake for after a big hike too.

How about you?

    Depends on my workout.

If I'm going to the gym to lift:
    1) iPod shuffle
    2) Sport watch
    3) Workout log (I write down all exercises for the day, all sets/reps/weight#)
    4) Nike Frees

If I'm just going for a run:
    1) Garmin Forerunner (or I may just take my sport watch if I know the route already)
    2) Mizuno Wave Creations
    3) Road ID wristband
    4) sometimes I take my iPod, depends on the length of the run & where I'm going

I'm utilizing a travel make up bag as my run gear. It has in it:
    - Polar RSX300 watch and chest link/band
    - Armband for my phone, which I use for music
    - Headphones!
    - A wide cotton headband that I wrap around my hand to catch sweat before it hits my eyes

And, of course, we bring a bottle of cold water. I'm hoping to get a hydration pack when I start running outdoors more, but right now I'm just at the gym track, so I don't need as much.

Wow I never knew how popular the HRM's were. I will have to get one and add it to my hiking accessories. Will be good to have a more accurate read of my calorie burns.
