I posted on another post, but thought I would start my own! I have a beautiful son, but not so great baby weight left over that can't seem to get off. I would love some extra help, especially since bathing suit season is right around the corner!

Goal would be about 30 pounds. I don't expect to lose that much super fast, but slow and steadily :smile:

Can't wait to get that motivation I need, and I am also a great motivater LoL

    Hi everyone. I'm Teke a mother of 2 boys 17 and 9. I am motivated to be healthy and loose weight. I have been on blood pressure meds for about 6months and I have to make a change :) I need to loose 50 pounds! I just joined the YMCA and started Zumba classes. I love it but instead of loosing weight, I have gained 5 pounds. Not sure why and I been working out for 3 weeks. But I am motivated none the less. Any other suggestions??
