Advice for what to eat tonight?

So I have this habit of eating low calorie meals in the beginning of my day so that I don't run out of calories in the evening at dinner time. Today, I had a decent lunch, then a bit of chicken before the gym. At the gym I burned over 600 calories. So now, it's 10PM and, after eating a bit of grilled chicken in a few minutes, I'm going to have 1,185 calories left. Does anyone have some tips for a healthy way to eat up at least a lot of the extra calories I have left? I'm still learning how to cook for myself after years of either not eating or having TV dinners, etc, so I don't really have many snack/small meal ideas yet.
Starving myself never did anyone any good. xD Oh, and I'm a night owl, so I'll probably be up until 3 or 4AM. I don't need to worry about eating too much right before bed right now.

You can check out my diary, my dinners are usually around 500-600 calories.
Edit. Caution, I just checked and my Sunday and Friday for last week are not the picture of healthy but they worked for me.0 -
Grab some fruit or raw veggies. If that doesn't satisfy you, eat something else in moderation. Word to the wise, don't starve your body or you will gain weight at first because your body tries to conserve while in starvation mode. I get cravings for carbs right before bed.
Hope that helps some.

Cook with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, this always ups your cals in a good way! 1 tbsp is 120 or so calories.
Do you have stuff to make a protein shake with? If you add PB too you could kill some calories there?
Nuts and avocado are high in calories but really good fats. A half an avocado with a bit of salt and pepper or even balsamic vinegar is delicious!
I try to avoid low fat foods too because they often have extra sugar and sodium so they taste half decent, so you're better off with the full fat versions! (seems crazy trying to control your calories and eating full fat versions! But trust me)
Hopefully others can help too :flowerforyou:0
