When to expect results?

So at the end of each day, my predicting thing says i'll be (usually around) 100 lbs in 5 weeks (10 lbs less than what i am now). it's been a month that it has been saying that, but nonetheless, nothing has changed. Sure, I guess I've gotten a bit toned here and there, but overall, not much. I exercise and try to eat right. Any more advice and do you know when I should expect some results? Thanks!

Did you take measurements? Sometimes the scae doesn't budge but you lose inches upon inches!

Also, if you did and still nothing working, try something new. Clearly what you're doing atm is not working for you so play around with numbers, trying upping cals, or upping protein and lowering carbs, etc. I can't tell you what will work for you but what worked for me is upping my cals from around 600 (or what I like to call, stupidity) to 1100, and then I finally cacluated my BMR and TDEE and am now eating 1400 cals. I'm full all day (yay!) and losing weight faser than before.

If none of this works then I don't know what else! Maybe its WHAT you're eating? Are all your cals (or most/a good portion) unhealthy? Maybe eat more healthily!

    Best of luck!

You are 4"11 and 110 pounds? For a even a small frame that is a good weight. You are 18? I can't view your food diary. I hope you are using this site to learn to eat healthy, getting all your nutrients, for great exercise and toning tips. Love your body and feed it well.
  • I started March 23rd and I have just really started noticing the difference. Not to get discouraged though as it is a fact that some people lose inches and it doesnt necessarily show in weight loss.... I am actually seeing both at almost a 40 lb loss, but there have been times where I have been in your shoes.

Keep up your efforts..as time tells all and be patient. We all want to be healthier and more fit like yesterday, but remember It took us awhile to get this way,,,it's gonna take time to make progress.
