I've been running 6 days per week and keeping a close eye on my calorie intake, rarely go over the limit. I can tell my efforts are paying off, I see my body is definitely getting thinner, yet I still weigh about the same?! It's not like I've developped my muscles for I've always hiked quite a bit. Is anyone else in the same situation?

It's normal to not lose or even to gain when starting a heavy exercise regime.0 -
Thank you for the link! Hopefully within the next few days I'll start loosing actual kilos! :-)0

I'd take a loss of inches over weight any day. You may not feel like you're putting on muscle, but I'll bet that's the culprit. This is a good result!0
