Im 190 just now, hoping to reach 140

I'm not sure anymore, haha. I started at 250, then I got to my goal weight of 140 last year (around this time) and have gained back some of the weight. At 140, I liked my legs and arms but not my stomach (still too big) or my face (too skinny) so this time I'm going by how I look and feel. Would be nice to fit into a UK 12 again, though. I'm guessing I'll be happy around 145, but I have no idea.0

I'm 5'6.5" and I'm aiming to get down to about 130. I have quite a small frame so I think that's right for me -may have to re-evaluate when I'm closer though!0

I suppose being male makes my ideal weight differant as I am hoping for a target of 180! Was 225 now 210 - 30 to go only been doing this for 40 days, anyone welcome to contact me to share and help:):bigsmile:0

Your weight should be 9stone 12 lbs(127 pounds) for being 5ft 7 inch, but i was told this about 4 years ago by my doctors, it may of changed.0

I started at 250 and my goal is about 175 then I will see how I like it. I am not interested in being REALLY skinny, I still want meat on my bones just less of it and it not to look so jiggly!!:happy:0

i started at 252 and im 250 at this time, only started on 3rd may, im wanting to go down to 160 ishand im 5ft 7 inch tall, but i agree i dont want to be skinny, i want to be slim

5.6 1/2 here, and I'm shooting for 148. Actually, 150 will be good, but I want to have a 2 lbs safety net. This way, if I slip up maintaining my weight, I'll know that I cannot cross 150. As of right now, I have 29.6 lbs to go to reach 148, having lost 3.4 lbs in the past 2 weeks.0

Im about 135, but I dont watch the scale anymore at this point. Im working on toning- and as long as Im toned I could weigh 250 and I would be ok with it.0
