    My mum and grandma have this, and both have anaemia coupled with it. I'm trying to prevent it (I'm not even sure if that's possible) by eating plenty of iron, as I certainly don't fancy the iron tablets my grandma had to take.

    My kids have dark circles under their eyes as well as my husband... it runs in the family I will post a pic if I can find it

    I've always had dark circles.. My nana used to always tell me I didn't get enough sleep - not true..
    If I dont wear makeup ppl will comment on it.. Gotta love makeup.. Not much I can do about it..

    I too have dark circles, they are hereditary. My husband and my kids have them too.

    It is clear by my food diary that I do not lack nutrition.

    I eat plenty and then some. haha
