Difference in dress I bought 2 months ago! (pics)

Feeling down lately, being that im constantly losing and gaining the same 2 lbs!! Needing some motivation!! I bought this dress 2 months ago to wear to a graduation!! I took a picture when I bought it and again when I wore it 2 months later (this past weekend). I can see a difference in the way it fit, Can you?!

    Absolutely. You can see it in your arms face and your stomach. Your waist area is more defined now.

    It's difficult to tell due to the picture quality (darn phones!), but I think I can see a difference in your face and arms.
