K So I weigh 140 and am 5 ft 4. Mfp says 1200 on Cal's to get to my goal of 120 . I have not lost weight in 2 weeks. I am doing 30 day shred and butt Bible work outs totalling to about 400 burned. I've been getting up at 6 to work out un interrupted. I'm a mom of 2 boys. I've been eating healthy foods not starving at all and totalling about 1300 to 1400.as my intake . But I'm soo tired all day If I lay down I pass out in 5 mins flat which is not like me at all.. ive always been a night owl but have been getting to bed by 12am which is early for me any suggestions would be awesome. I drink coffee. But caffeine has never effected me since I've drank it since a young child. Is it my calories? Working out? I'm lost... I don't feel too sore from exercise or anything ... Thank you

Sounds like over-training. Reduce workout volume and/or increase calorie intake. It will only get worse the longer you push through it.

try eating back at least some of your exercise calories. If you're burning 400, MFP should be giving you 1600 to eat.
You are only netting 800 calories a day .0 -
Thank u... I will try both your suggestions: )0

So you go to bed at 12 midnight and get up at 6 am. That's six hours. Your body may be just saying you need a little more sleep. Try a half to and hour earlier. It may help. If that doesn't work, fit in a nap in there somewhere. I know if I don't get my eight hours in I'm done.0
