    Haha I just wondered as I was looking at a breakfast thread and all the measures and food seemed like they came from over the water! Cups and pancakes and egg white omlettes!

    I have never been fond of beaches, I am like the worst Aussie ever when it comes to those sorts of things. And then there's the sun and how it burns. I do see the ocean on a daily basis on my drive to work though, that's pretty neat, and then reality creeps in. Want to swap? :D

    Hello, I'm English but I guess losing weight poses the same difficulties no matter where you're from. I hope this works for me as at almost 54 years old I'm starting to worry that I might never achieve my goal weight. I'm currently at 161.5lbs and want to get down to 126lbs. Here's hoping!
