I've been running 6 days per week and keeping a close eye on my calorie intake, rarely go over the limit. I can tell my efforts are paying off, I see my body is definitely getting thinner, yet I still weigh about the same?! It's not like I've developped my muscles for I've always hiked quite a bit. Is anyone else in the same situation?

I'd take a loss of inches over weight any day. You may not feel like you're putting on muscle, but I'll bet that's the culprit. This is a good result!0

Yes, its been more than 6 weeks still I haven't reduce a pound weight, but I'm losing inches. I can feel that. I can feel than even in my arms. But no weight loss at all.0
