Fat bum

What are the best workouts and exercises to tone the backside? My butt has always been bigger than the rest of my body. Would love some tips thanks!

    I just did some Pop Pilates videos for legs, thighs, and butt. Check out the videos on blogilates.com or YouTube them (the website was giving me a bit of trouble). The Call Me Maybe Squat Challenge is INSANE, as is the Long Lean Legs video (includes butt work). All you need is a mat.

    Brazil Butt Lift- although this won't really make it a whole lot smaller.....just amazing shape! There is a lot of cardio involved so I guess it essentially would shrink the rear too! If you have netflix instant watch, search '10 minute solutions' there are about 7 different video series, each one has about 5 10 min. workouts that can be done seperately or together for a great workout- a lot of them focus on the booty :happy:
